On May 5, Waxploitation, will be releasing Causes 2, the second installment in the labels on going efforts to support Darfur. The album will include rarites and remixes from some of the indie worlds top all-stars such as My Morning Jacket, LCD Soundsystem, The Decemberists and many more. In a press release, Waxploitation founder Jeff Antebi said,"It's easy for fatigue to set in when a crisis goes on for a number of years, but no one has given up hope that things can change for the better in Darfur" , who executive produced the album. He went on to add that "There are untold numbers of people committed to changing the outcome. It takes humanitarian assistance, tenacity and political will."
