Steven Tyler, Frontman for one of the most beloved American bands of all time Aerosmith has called it quits after three decades with the band. Joe Perry said he had had difficulty confirming this with Tyler because the singer doesn’t return his phone calls. “He’s notorious for that,” Perry told The Sun. “That’s one thing I’ve learned to live with. I try to overlook it.” As of now it looks as though Tyler will concentrate on a solo career telling British Music Mag 'Classic Rock," I don’t know what I’m doing yet,” he went on to add, “but it’s definitely going to be something Steven Tyler: working on the brand of myself - Brand Tyler.” I have not really understood Aerosmith and what the band has been doing since the release of Get A Grip, but I do hope that they realize that Steven pretty much was the band and they should not mess with the rep they have already begun to destroy with the garbage the band has been churning out since 1999. Hey Joe Perry, just focus on your solo stuff and please don't try to tour and promote anything with the Aerosmith name, It would just come across as weak and desperate.
